Think like a frontline salesperson, store manager, or sales coach — not a script reviewer.

For each task, you will review:

•  — what the customer thinks they want
•  — the shopping moment
•  — what is unsaid but critical
•  — how the customer asks for help

🎯 Your Goal

Answer one core question:

“Does this feel like a real customer, in a real shopping moment, where bad advice could realistically lose the sale or break trust?”

•  Intent — Is this how customers express what they want? Does it sound natural and human, even if incomplete?

• Scenario — Is this a real buying situation? Consider:• browsing vs ready to buy• time pressure• companions present• prices or promotions

• Hidden Context — Is something unsaid but important? Examples:• budget anxiety• buyer ≠ payer• fear of regret• social pressure

• Initial Prompt — Is this how customers really ask for help? Natural, conversational, imperfect.
